About arleah Dawn

I know what it feels like to be stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

I've walked that road myself — and I found a way through. Now I walk alongside others who are ready to do the same.

Arleah Dawn, certified trauma-aware life coach, in a peaceful natural setting

My story

For much of my life, I carried beliefs and behaviours that I didn't choose — patterns inherited from childhood, shaped by loss, and reinforced by years of simply surviving. I was functional on the outside, but quietly exhausted on the inside.

The turning point came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning to understand myself. Through deep inner work, somatic practices, and the guidance of mentors who truly saw me, I began to heal. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But genuinely.

That journey changed everything — and it's what called me into coaching. I became a life coach because I believe that transformation is possible for anyone who is willing to turn toward themselves with honesty and compassion.

How I see this work

Coaching with me isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about uncovering what's already whole.

1

Patterns can change

The ways we learned to cope, connect, and protect ourselves made sense once. With awareness and support, we can gently loosen their grip and choose differently.

2

Healing is not linear

There is no straight path from pain to peace. I hold space for the full complexity of your experience — the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and everything in between.

3

You are the expert on you

My role is not to tell you who to be. It's to ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly — and trust what you find.

Training & approach

My coaching is informed by training in life coaching, trauma-aware practices, and somatic awareness. I draw on a range of modalities — including mindfulness, inner child work, and narrative approaches — always guided by what feels right for the individual in front of me.
