By accessing or using arleahdawn.ca (the "Website") or engaging any coaching services offered by Arleah Dawn Bergstrom ("Arleah Dawn", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Website or our services. 2. Nature of Coaching Services

Arleah Dawn offers transformational life coaching services, including individual sessions, multi-session packages, and group coaching programmes. Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused practice designed to support personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement. It is a distinct and unregulated profession in Canada and is not a form of psychotherapy, counselling, or any regulated health or mental health profession. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions, the prescription of medication, or clinical intervention of any kind.

3. Important Health and Safety Disclaimer

Arleah Dawn Bergstrom is not a licensed psychotherapist, psychologist, physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or regulated health professional. The coaching services provided through this Website do not constitute clinical diagnosis, psychological treatment, medical advice, or any form of regulated health service, and are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or require urgent clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare provider, call 9-1-1, or reach the BC Crisis Line at 1-800-784-2433. By engaging our coaching services, you acknowledge that you understand this distinction and that coaching is not a substitute for professional clinical care.

4. Client Eligibility and Responsibilities

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By booking a session, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. In group coaching settings, all participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of what is shared by others in the group. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants and are not responsible for any breach by them.

6. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor, GoDaddy Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout and to GoDaddy Payments' terms of service.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: (a) Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be accommodated at our discretion; (b) Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session; (c) Refunds for individual sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion; (d) Multi-session packages and group coaching programmes are generally non-refundable once commenced. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to work with you. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer a full reschedule or refund.
